Leasing Process
- Verify Renter’s Insurance Policy is in force
- Photo- documented move-in/moveout condition
- Set up tenant on electronic payment program
- Provide tenant with required federal information brochures & disclosures
- Provide and review Inventory list, when applicable
- Provide keys to tenant and ensure collection upon move-out
- Change locks and/or combinations as necessary
Evictions
- We work hard to prevent delinquencies, however, should the need for an eviction arise, we will post the required notices, and start the process swiftly and remain code compliant to minimize potential for loss of rental income.
