Property Evaluation
Initial site audit will include a 2+ hour evaluation of the property to assist in establishing fair market rent, evaluate property condition as well as:
- Gather data to create a Tenant Emergency Education Document
- Recommendations for needed repairs and identification of items that will require on-going or preventative maintenance
- Photos of current property condition
- Suggestions for improvements that will add/preserve your property’s value, yet be cost effective.
- Annual site evaluation to ensure the property is being well maintained and that the lease terms are being followed.
Maintenance
- We maintain an extensive network of trade personnel and resources
- We have professional, trustworthy and timely maintenance workers.
- Maintenance requests are responded to within 24hrs and scheduled according to priority and provider’s availability.
- We provide a 24hr emergency line available for after-hours emergencies
